Ansh studied at the University of Pennsylvania and previously worked at Palantir as a Forward Deployed Engineer, where he gained deep expertise in AI-driven data systems and enterprise operations.

Ansh brings a rare blend of elite engineering experience and healthcare consulting, having also served as a consultant at Daffodil Health before turning his focus to fixing the broken home care system.

At Cova, Ansh co-leads the development of an AI agent-powered operational infrastructure that serves Medicaid, LTCI, and private-pay patients while paying caregivers the highest base rate in Michigan.

Cova, accepted into YC's Summer 2026 batch, is pioneering the AI-native care agency model, helping unpaid family caregivers access compensation programs and driving more value to frontline care workers.
