Anthony Oduwole is Co-Founder, CTO, and CPO at Verto, a B2B fintech platform revolutionizing cross-border payments and foreign exchange for businesses in emerging markets.

Anthony holds an MBA in VC/PE, Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Imperial College Business School and spent over eight years in finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, and Lloyds Bank.

A serial entrepreneur, Anthony co-founded Verto in 2017 alongside Ola Oyetayo after identifying the massive unmet need for faster, cheaper, and more transparent cross-border payments in Africa and beyond.

Anthony oversees Verto's full technology and product roadmap, leading a global engineering team that has built proprietary payment rails and a multi-currency FX marketplace serving 3,000+ clients across 70+ countries.

Verto has grown from processing $5M in monthly transactions in 2019 to over $2B, won the prestigious Milken-Motsepe Prize in FinTech, and raised $12.1M across multiple funding rounds backed by Y Combinator and Quona Capital.
