Anuj Rathi is Co-Founder and CEO of Profound, a Bengaluru-based AI-native platform that gives every professional their own AI representative for networking, career growth, and hiring.

An IIT Kanpur graduate, Rathi spent seven years at Swiggy scaling initiatives like Instamart, Swiggy Labs, and Genie, and later served as Chief Product and Marketing Officer at fintech firm Jupiter.

Rathi is a seasoned product leader who has built and scaled consumer products used by millions, with deep expertise in growth systems, AI-led transformation, and loyalty programs across India's top tech companies.

Prior to Swiggy and Jupiter, Rathi held leadership roles in product management, growth, and omnichannel commerce at Flipkart, Snapdeal, and Walmart Labs.

Profound raised a $1.5 million seed round led by Stellaris Venture Partners and 3one4 Capital, backed by founders of Swiggy, Razorpay, and Zomato, and plans to onboard one million professionals globally.
