Ari Zilka is Co-Founder and CEO of MyDecisive, an AI DevOps platform redefining autonomous observability for enterprise infrastructure using OpenTelemetry and open-source standards.

Ari studied at UC Berkeley and built a storied career as founding Chief Architect of Walmart.com, founder and CTO of Terracotta (acquired by Software AG), CTO and CPO at Hortonworks, Partner at Khosla Ventures, and General Manager of the Incubator at New Relic.

Ari identified a critical gap in enterprise observability: reactive dashboards and ballooning SaaS costs that leave production systems ungoverned, inspiring him to build a vendor-neutral, open-source control layer for telemetry data.

At Hortonworks, Ari helped ship the initial product and scale Apache Hadoop into the enterprise; at New Relic, he led the incubator that built all new technology for one of the world's leading observability platforms.

MyDecisive launched with $12M in seed funding led by Copper Sky Capital, claims up to 90% reduction in production operating costs, and is already serving enterprises across financial services, healthcare, retail, and telecommunications.
