Arnav holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (2017-2019) and has deep roots in the cross-border fintech space, having previously worked at Zolve and Thoucentric before joining Vance (YC W22) as a key product builder.

As a seasoned product leader with extensive experience scaling financial products, Arnav brings a sharp understanding of the structural challenges equity-compensated global professionals face, including concentration risk, FX costs, and cross-border tax complexity.

Prior to Rovia, Arnav played a pivotal role at Vance (YC W22), a global neobank that raised $5.8 million in seed funding backed by Y Combinator, Hummingbird Ventures, and Global Founders Capital, focused on cross-border banking for global citizens.

Rovia raised $1 million in pre-seed funding led by Antler India, with backing from Galaxy and Operators Studio, and is registered as an SEC-licensed investment adviser in the US, targeting the $1.5 trillion pool of under-managed global equity compensation.
