Arsen Arakelyan is Co-Founder and VP of Customer Success at Netris, a Silicon Valley-based network automation software company transforming how AI and cloud infrastructure teams manage networks. He brings deep expertise in system and network administration, infrastructure management, and automation to his role.

Arsen studied Engineering at the State Engineering University of Armenia (Polytechnic) and built over a decade of hands-on infrastructure experience, including roles as Senior System Engineer at Innova AM and Billing Engineer at Orange.

Arsen's technical foundation spans Linux systems, network administration, TCP/IP, firewalls, and automation tooling, giving him a uniquely operator-centric perspective on the challenges Netris was built to solve.

Prior to co-founding Netris in 2018, Arsen led the System and Network Administration Group at Sourcio CJSC, where he implemented system monitoring, alerting tools, and custom automation scripts using Bash and Perl.

Netris has attracted backing from investors including Berkeley SkyDeck and Granatus Ventures, and has forged strategic partnerships with companies like NVIDIA and Rafay Systems to accelerate AI and cloud infrastructure adoption.
