Avinash Chenreddy is Co-Founder and CTO at Constelli, a defense-tech company specializing in advanced signal processing, radar systems, and electronic warfare solutions for aerospace and defense applications. He is an RF Systems and Signal Processing professional with over a decade of experience architecting Radar Threat & Target Simulators, Telemetry, and Wireless Communication Systems.

Prior to founding Constelli in November 2017, Avinash served as Director-Technical at Encore Techno Systems from September 2015 to October 2017, overseeing technical operations and product development. He also worked as an RF Systems Engineer at Encore Techno Systems from October 2012 to August 2015, gaining critical expertise in radio frequency engineering.

Avinash leads the technical vision for digitally transforming the system development lifecycle of RF Mission Sensors, leveraging modern technologies in hardware, software, modeling, simulation, and distributed computing. He has been instrumental in developing mission-critical systems including telemetry receivers, EW simulators, and tactical radios for real-time threat analysis.

Constelli has raised $23M in total funding, including a recent $20M Series A round led by General Catalyst in February 2026, with participation from 360 ONE Asset Management and Pravega Ventures. The company serves India's Ministry of Defence, DRDO, Indian Air Force, HAL, BEL, and defense contractors in South Korea, Australia, and Singapore.

Under Avinash's technical leadership, Constelli has grown to over 60 employees and developed products recognized globally for their pivotal role in Radar and Electronic Warfare systems. The company is building a global technology company from India with plans to expand operations to the US and export to international markets.
