Baptiste studied at NEOMA Business School and explored multiple startup ventures, including a SaaS for franchise entrepreneurs and an e-commerce email purchasing tool, before co-founding Cleavr in 2025.

Under Baptiste's leadership, Cleavr secured a 1M euro pre-seed round backed by Kima Ventures (the VC arm of Xavier Niel), Pennylane CFO Raphael Nahum, and other prominent operators and executives.
