Bartlomiej Szostek is Co-Founder and CTO at tem, an AI-powered renewable energy platform that connects UK businesses directly with renewable generators. He leads the technical vision and engineering team for the company's proprietary matching algorithm.

Bartlomiej holds a Master of Science in Computational and Software Techniques in Engineering from Cranfield University and previously worked at RWE Supply & Trading, Limejump, and Titian Software. He co-founded tem in 2021 alongside three former Limejump colleagues.

Bartlomiej created the first fully automated system in the UK energy market to allow clients participation in National Grid's Balancing Mechanism. He is skilled in Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, and system design.
