Ben Papillon is Co-Founder and CTO at Schematic, a B2B SaaS platform that simplifies pricing and packaging for software companies. He brings over two decades of startup experience building developer tools and SaaS products.

Ben studied at The University of Georgia and has been a startup journeyman since joining his first startup as a high school intern in 2006. He held leadership roles at Relay Payments, served as CTO at Matcha, and was Sr. Director of App Development at Springbot.

Ben co-founded Schematic with Fynn Glover, Giovanni Hobbins, and Jasdeep Garcha after experiencing pricing and packaging challenges across multiple companies. He has worked with his co-founder Fynn for eight years.

Schematic raised $4.8M in seed funding in September 2024 led by MHS Capital, with participation from NextView Ventures, Active Capital, Atlanta Ventures, and founders of LaunchDarkly, Salesloft, and CrowdStrike. The company launched publicly in 2024 after a year in development with beta customers.

Schematic enables product and engineering teams to implement pricing and packaging with just a few lines of code, integrating with Stripe and supporting frameworks like Next.js, React, and Python. Ben has demonstrated implementing pricing and feature control in a React app in under 3.5 minutes.
