Ben Waters is Co-Founder and Head of Growth at LightTable, an AI-powered peer review platform for real estate development, bringing over 15 years of expertise as a licensed architect (AIA) to the proptech space.

Ben studied architecture at Cornell University and spent his career as a practicing architect, developing deep domain expertise in construction documents, design coordination, and the costly inefficiencies of manual peer review.

Ben recognized the transformative potential of AI in navigating building permitting and design quality control, helping to validate the LightTable concept through more than 100 industry interviews before launch.

As Co-Founder and Head of Growth, Ben bridges the gap between architectural expertise and AI product development, working alongside CEO Paul Zeckser and CTO Dan Becker to bring LightTable to market.

LightTable has raised $6M in seed funding, is deployed with Mill Creek Residential Trust, and its AI uncovers four times more issues than traditional peer reviews while reducing on-site coordination mistakes by up to 70%.
