Blake Mischley is the Co-Founder and CEO of MeetYourClass, a social platform revolutionizing how universities build student community from application through move-in. Named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in Education for 2025, Blake is one of the most recognized young founders in the EdTech space.

Blake graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Computer Science, where he began building MeetYourClass during his sophomore year after spotting a critical gap in how universities connect with incoming students. His background in social media, rooted in content creation and working with digital creators since middle school, gave him a distinct edge in understanding Gen Z engagement.

Blake recognized that existing student connection tools were built by ex-administrators out of touch with how students actually use social media, making his student-founder perspective MeetYourClass's biggest differentiator. He participated in the Techstars Detroit accelerator and credits deep customer discovery as the key to unlocking the platform's true value.

MeetYourClass has received funding and support from Techstars Detroit Powered by J.P. Morgan, Ann Arbor SPARK, UpRound Ventures, and the University of Michigan's Zell Lurie Institute, including a $30,000 win at the Michigan Business Challenge. The platform was also named one of the most disruptive undergraduate business school startups of 2023 by Poets and Quants.

MeetYourClass has grown to over 600,000 students across 1,100-plus universities, driven entirely by organic student adoption. The platform now partners directly with 20-plus university enrollment teams, helping institutions boost student engagement and improve enrollment outcomes.
