Cédric is Co-Founder in charge of business development at Fibraterre, a Normandy-based maker of insulation panels made entirely from wheat straw. He leads sales to project owners, architects, design offices and local craftspeople.
Cédric studied at EDHEC Business School (BBA, 1999 to 2003), including an exchange year at the University of Jyväskylä in Finland. He then spent eight years at TF1 as a retail sector manager before joining CGT ALKOR.
At CGT ALKOR he spent over a decade as export and Key Account Manager, building a portfolio of 80 clients, including 6 major accounts above 1M euros, across Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada and Turkey. He brings about 20 years of technical sales experience to a young construction-materials venture.
Since December 2024 he has driven Fibraterre's commercial launch, which helped the company close a 1.8M euro seed round led by Bpifrance, Normandie Participations and UTC Alumni & Side Angels. He promotes the panels at trade events and works with timber-frame builders and prefabrication partners.
Fibraterre delivered its first customers in August 2025 and plans an industrial unit that could process 3,000 tonnes of wheat straw per year by 2030. Its panels are made without resin or glue and use local Normandy straw, offering a low-carbon alternative to conventional insulation.
