Chehir Dhaouadi is the Co-Founder and CTO of Callab AI, an AI voice agent platform built for enterprise contact centers and legacy telephony systems, operating under the parent company Clusterlab.

Chehir brings 10+ years of experience building scalable enterprise systems across IT consulting, full-stack development, and technical leadership for financial institutions, and attended the Higher Institute of Technological Studies.

Chehir previously served as CTO at FivePoints The Talent Pool and founded Clusterlab, which was admitted to Y Combinator (P26) as the first Tunisian startup in the program.

At Callab AI, he architects the core voice AI infrastructure, including deep integrations with legacy telephony stacks such as CUCM, SIP trunks, and PBX systems, and previously built platforms serving 200,000+ users across government entities in Tunisia.

Callab AI serves clients across three continents including brands like Dunkin Donuts, and targets a $70B+ market where legacy telephony infrastructure has remained largely untouched by modern AI voice platforms.
