Chirag Taneja is the Co-Founder and CEO of GoKwik, an AI-powered commerce enablement platform helping D2C and e-commerce brands eliminate checkout friction, boost conversions, and drive profitable GMV growth.

Chirag holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, and previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at Bombay Shaving Company from 2018 to 2020.

With over 12 years of expertise across consumer brands, D2C, and e-commerce, Chirag founded GoKwik in 2020 during the pandemic with a vision to democratize D2C shopping and maximize GMV realization for merchants.

Under his leadership, GoKwik has raised $68M+ in total funding from investors including RTP Global, Peak XV Partners, Z47, and Think Investments, and has made strategic acquisitions of Tellephant and Return Prime.

GoKwik processes millions of transactions daily, has helped brands generate over $2 billion in GMV, achieved $30M+ ARR as of early 2025, and earned recognition including Forbes Asia Top 100 and LinkedIn Top Startups.
