Connor Graham Winter is Co-Founder and COO at Circular11, a UK-based cleantech company transforming low-grade plastic waste into durable, low-carbon construction materials and outdoor products.

Connor brings a rich cross-industry background spanning bespoke joinery, construction, and plastic recycling and extrusion, giving him a rare hands-on expertise in materials and manufacturing.

Inspired by witnessing communities in Nepal burning plastic waste daily due to a lack of recycling options, Connor co-founded Circular11 with a mission to turn plastic pollution into a force for good.

Connor participated in Carbon13's Venture Builder programme, a nine-month climate-focused accelerator, and completed a residency at Circular Valley in Germany to gain world-class manufacturing knowledge.

Circular11 has secured over £3M in total funding, developed proprietary machine learning-driven manufacturing technology, and is targeting the recycling of 10,000 tonnes of low-grade plastic waste over the next two years.
