Damien Garros is Co-Founder and CEO of OpsMill, a Paris-based infrastructure data management company building Infrahub, an open-source, version-controlled platform that serves as a trusted, AI-ready system of record for enterprise IT environments.

Damien spent two decades on the operator side of infrastructure at Juniper Networks, Apstra, Roblox, and Network to Code, where he served as Director of Architecture and repeatedly encountered the same unsolved data management challenges.

Inspired by the open-source Noms project, Damien pioneered the idea of applying Git-style version control inside a database, giving infrastructure teams a flexible, testable, and versioned foundation for automation at scale.

Damien co-founded OpsMill in 2023 alongside Raphael Maunier, launched Infrahub as open source from day one, and secured a $14M Series A round led by IRIS with participation from BGV, Serena, and Partech.

OpsMill's Infrahub is in production at TikTok and enterprise customers across retail, fintech, insurance, and manufacturing, with one customer cutting deployment times from five days to fifteen minutes.
