Dan Bendler is Co-Founder and CEO of Offroad, an agentic identity security platform that helps enterprises move from identity visibility to full risk resolution across human, machine, and AI identities.

Dan holds a B.A. in Computer Science and an MBA in Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MoTIE) from Tel Aviv University, and previously co-founded Shopic, an AI-powered smart cart retail technology company.

A serial entrepreneur with deep roots in Israeli tech, Dan has built companies at the intersection of AI and enterprise security, drawing on prior experience at Trax Retail, Check Point Software Technologies, and Verint.

At Offroad, Dan co-founded the company alongside CTO Philip Shteyn (formerly a Captain at Unit 8200, Israeli Military Intelligence), and led the company out of stealth with a $7M seed round led by Ibex Investors and Skywell Capital.

Offroad's agentic AI platform autonomously discovers, investigates, and remediates identity risks across 90+ integrations, addressing the rapidly growing enterprise challenge of managing human, machine, and AI agent identities.
