Dan Lourenco is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ghost Lifestyle, the world's first lifestyle sports nutrition brand offering supplements, energy drinks, and apparel, now a subsidiary of Keurig Dr Pepper following a landmark acquisition.
Dan earned a B.S. from Central Connecticut State University and completed the Wharton Executive Education Program at UPenn; he began his career as a commercial pilot and flight instructor before pivoting to the sports nutrition industry.
Dan co-founded Ghost in 2016 alongside Ryan Hughes with a vision to build an authentic, community-driven brand he describes as a 100-year company, drawing inspiration from legacy brands like Nike and Oreo.
Prior to Ghost, Dan served as VP of Marketing and Product Development at Nutrabolt and held multiple leadership roles at Woodbolt Distribution, where he grew Northeast sales revenue by over 1,600% in 11 months.
Ghost's net sales more than quadrupled over three years, culminating in a $990 million acquisition of a 60% stake by Keurig Dr Pepper in 2024, with the remaining 40% to be purchased in 2028.
