Daniel Worku is Co-Founder and CTO at StarSling, a Y Combinator-backed AI-native DevOps platform building self-driving CI and agentic automation for developers.

Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota and built his career across Meta and Netflix before co-founding StarSling in 2025.

Daniel is obsessed with developer productivity, believing that the future of engineering lies in eliminating all toil outside the code editor through intelligent AI agents.

At Netflix, Daniel led the 12-person engineering team that built Netflix Console, the internal developer portal serving 3,000+ engineers and the highest-DAU internal tool at the company. Earlier at Facebook, he helped build the mobile computer vision library powering camera effects for 100M+ daily active users across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.

StarSling has surpassed one million CI jobs run in production and raised $3M, with customers like Mastra and Better Auth reporting up to 6x faster builds after switching to StarSling Runners.
