David Caputo is the Co-Founder and President of Harmoni Solutions, a factory orchestration platform that unifies people, machines, and processes to transform productivity on the shop floor.

David began his career as an electrical engineer, then spent a decade in investment banking at RBC Capital Markets covering large-cap industrial companies, before co-founding RVE Partners in 2013, a New York-based private equity firm focused on acquiring and operating aerospace and defense manufacturers.

David's firsthand experience acquiring and running four aerospace and defense manufacturing companies exposed him to systemic inefficiencies in shop-floor execution, from costly scrapped parts to critical knowledge loss when skilled machinists retired, directly inspiring the creation of Harmoni.

In addition to Harmoni, David serves as Chairman of WHI Global, an aerospace and defense manufacturing platform, is a Director at KeyData Cyber, a cybersecurity services firm, and is a featured speaker at major industry events including IMTS 2026 and FABTECH.

Harmoni raised a $10 million Series A led by Bessemer Venture Partners in September 2026, and also unveiled HAL, a context-aware AI system built to bring real-time intelligence directly to the front lines of manufacturing.
