David Mather serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board at NxLite (formerly 3E Nano Inc.), a leading clean tech company pioneering nano-thin energy and solar control coatings for the glass, polymer, and window industries.

David holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern University and built his executive career across major technology companies including Hewlett Packard, Compaq Computer Corporation, and Unisys.

A tenured tech executive and growth-expert, David brings decades of experience helping companies move fast, scale, and drive success in emerging markets, with a particular focus on clean tech and AI-driven sectors.

Prior to NxLite, David served as President and CEO of Alegion, an AI and machine learning company, and as CEO of MTPV Power Corporation, a clean energy tech firm, and is also Managing Director of boutique investment firm Ensys Capital, LLC.

Under David's leadership, NxLite raised a $9.2M Series A round, opened a 45,000-square-foot Advanced Innovation and Manufacturing Center in Canton, MI, secured joint development agreements with global industry leaders, and was named to the 2024 Cleantech Group's prestigious 50 to Watch list.
