Devndra Chawla serves as Managing Director and CEO of GreenCell Mobility, a pan-India electric mobility company backed by Eversource Capital, driving India's transition to zero-emission shared public transport.

With over 26 years of leadership experience across consumer, retail, and operations, Devndra held senior roles at Spencer's Retail (MD and CEO), Walmart India (EVP and COO), Future Consumer Ltd. (CEO), Coca-Cola India, and Asian Paints.

Devndra holds an Advanced Management Program (AMP) from Harvard Business School, a PG Diploma in Digital Business from EMERITUS, and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, and is actively engaged with CII and FICCI.

Since joining GreenCell Mobility in February 2023, Devndra has spearheaded the company's strategic growth, scaling electric bus deployments across multiple Indian states and building out charging and operational infrastructure under the NueGo brand.

Under his leadership, GreenCell Mobility has grown to operate over 1,200 electric buses and 270 charging stations across India, raised $590M in total funding, and is transforming public transit through its Electric Mobility-as-a-Service model.
