Dhawal Jain is Co-Founder and CEO of Mave Health, a neurotechnology company pioneering non-invasive brain stimulation wearables to improve focus, mood, and stress regulation.

A BITS Pilani graduate (Class of 2020), Dhawal previously co-founded DYBO, a company specializing in 3D and AR services for ecommerce platforms, before pivoting to mental health tech.

Dhawal was driven to found Mave Health after losing a close friend to depression in 2021, channeling personal loss into a mission to make brain health accessible and science-backed.

He co-founded Mave Health in January 2023 alongside Jai Sharma and Aman Kumar, attracting backing from prominent investors including Blume Ventures, Deepinder Goyal (Zomato), and Kunal Shah (CRED).

Mave has raised just under $3M in total funding, launched its Arc headset at $495, and reported that 8 in 10 beta users experienced a 60% increase in productivity, with shipments to the US and India beginning April 2026.
