Diana Melendez is Co-Founder and COO of Immigify, an AI-powered U.S. immigration workflow platform, where she also serves as Director of Legal Programs and Communication, leading strategic programs that connect global talent with opportunities in the United States.

Diana grew up in Southern California surrounded by immigrant communities, which fueled her passion for immigration advocacy, and built a career as a Business Banker Manager at Chase Bank before spending over seven years as a dedicated immigration consultant.

Diana's personal connection to immigration, combined with her rare blend of banking acumen and legal expertise, made her the ideal co-founder to drive Immigify's operational and programmatic vision.

Prior to Immigify, Diana honed her skills at Chase and Skyleun, and earned an Executive MBA from California State University San Bernardino, equipping her with the business architecture and communications expertise she now applies at scale.

Under Diana's operational leadership, Immigify has achieved a 100% visa approval rate, helped secure over 400 visa approvals, raised a $1.015M pre-seed round led by M25, and earned selection into both the Techstars and NMotion accelerator programs.
