Diego Aponte is Co-Founder and CMO at Fina Partner, a Venezuelan fintech building cloud-based financial management software for small and medium businesses across LATAM.

Diego studied at Universidad Monteávila in Venezuela and co-founded early ventures with Enrique Rivas, including a 24/7 liquor delivery e-commerce and a tech import company, experiences that shaped his entrepreneurial instincts.

Diego leads growth and marketing at Fina, channeling first-hand experience with business failure into a mission to give entrepreneurs real-time financial clarity and control.

Fina raised a $1M seed round co-led by SquareOne Capital and Tomorrow Capital, with participation from Norte Ventures, Platanus, and Neer Venture Partners, and won the EY Emprendedor Tech del Ano award.

Fina now serves over 5,000 active businesses, has reached nearly $2M in annual recurring revenue, and is expanding into AI-powered financial products including credit solutions for SMBs.
