Dori Rutkevitz is Co-Founder and COO at Ezra, an AI-powered finance platform building institutional-grade infrastructure for private credit and asset-backed finance markets.

Dori studied Philosophy of Religion and Sociology at Wesleyan University and holds a Hakomi Mindfulness and Somatic Psychotherapy certification, bringing a uniquely human-centered lens to fintech leadership.

With deep roots in organizational development and a product management background, Dori is known for systems thinking, scalable design, and mission-driven leadership that bridges people strategy with technical execution.

Prior to Ezra, Dori served as Director of Organizational Development and Culture at Mosaic for over five years, and previously co-founded Pando Climate and served as a Leadership Coach at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Ezra raised an $8M seed round led by Congruent Ventures in March 2026, targeting the $6 trillion global private credit market where Ezra's AI platform enables credit teams to evaluate twice as many deals with the same team size.
