
Adam Boehler is Co-Founder of Honest Health, a physician-led value-based care enablement organization partnering with health systems to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs. He also founded and serves as Managing Partner of Rubicon Founders, a healthcare investment firm based in Nashville.
Adam graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and founded three successful healthcare companies including Landmark Health, which was acquired by UnitedHealth Group for $3.5 billion in 2021.
Adam served as Director of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation where he launched 16 payment models advancing value-based care, and was a founding board member of Operation Warp Speed during the COVID crisis. He was unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate as the first CEO of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation.
Honest Health was founded in 2021 by Adam Boehler, Abe Sutton, and Matt Kim of Rubicon Founders and raised $140 million in February 2026 led by NewSpring Healthcare. The company supports over 115,000 Medicare and Medicare Advantage members in value-based care arrangements as of 2024.
Adam previously founded Landmark Health, which grew to become the largest home-based medical group in the country serving 80,000 chronically ill patients with over 1,000 employees across 20 locations before its acquisition. Through Rubicon Founders, Adam partners with Oak HC/FT and Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe to build transformational healthcare companies.
