Adam Zucker is the Co-Founder and CEO of Cloverleaf AI, a GovTech SaaS platform that uses AI to help government contractors and vendors uncover public sector opportunities well before formal RFPs are ever released.
Adam earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Oregon and built a decade-long engineering career at companies including Schrodinger, WeWork, Dia and Co, and Urbint before co-founding Cloverleaf AI in 2021.
Adam identified a critical market gap: governments openly discuss budgets, projects, and priorities in public meetings, yet that intelligence is so fragmented that most vendors miss opportunities entirely, driving his mission to democratize access to civic data at scale.
Adam initially served as CTO and Co-Founder before transitioning to CEO in January 2023, leading the company through a $2.8M seed funding round in 2024 backed by Jackson Square Ventures, FirstMile Ventures, TechStars, and Legal Tech Fund.
Cloverleaf AI ingests approximately 50,000 hours of government meeting content per month and has shown that early engagement can lift contractor win rates from 4% to over 60%, establishing itself as a 7-figure GovTech business.
