With over 15 years in product and technology roles, Aditi honed her expertise at Arista Networks as a Wi-Fi Product Manager and at AirTight Networks in product management, before bringing her cross-functional leadership to the quantum computing frontier.

A vocal advocate for India's quantum self-reliance, Aditi has presented at the India Mobile Congress before Prime Minister Narendra Modi and spoken at the TiE Global Summit in Singapore on the vision of photonic quantum computing.

Aditi's career spans network engineering at Exatt Technologies, quality assurance at Bytemobile, and nearly six years in product management at AirTight Networks and Arista Networks, giving her a rare blend of hardware, software, and go-to-market depth.

Quanfluence has raised $12M in total funding, its Ising machine already serves eight paying customers solving real-world optimization problems 10 to 100 times faster than classical solvers, and the company was recognized as a winner of Emerge 50 in 2024 and selected for YourStory's Tech30 cohort in 2025.
