Aditi Kothari is Co-Founder and CEO of Potpie AI, a San Francisco-based company building a foundational context layer that enables AI agents to operate safely across large-scale enterprise codebases.

Prior to founding Potpie, Aditi served as a Product Manager at Razorpay, one of India's leading fintech companies, and previously worked in the mobility space at Bounce, gaining deep expertise in shipping products at high velocity using no-code and low-code tools.

Aditi identified a critical gap in the generative AI wave: while most tools targeted knowledge workers, developers faced a fundamentally different challenge of navigating non-linear, deeply interconnected code spread across massive systems.

Aditi co-founded Potpie in October 2023 alongside Dhiren Mathur, spending nearly two years building the foundational knowledge graph infrastructure before publicly launching in January 2025 and raising $2.2M in pre-seed funding led by Emergent Ventures.

Potpie now works with Fortune 500 and publicly listed companies in regulated sectors like healthcare and insurtech, has surpassed 5,000 GitHub stars across its open-source projects, and helped one enterprise customer reduce root-cause analysis time from nearly a week to just 30 minutes.
