Adrian holds a Bachelor's and Master's in Mathematics from Oxford and a Master of Public Administration specialising in AI policy from Harvard, and previously worked at Goldman Sachs, The Boston Consulting Group, and Y Combinator.

As a second-time founder, Adrian brings deep expertise in call centre optimisation from his time at BCG, and a conviction that operational friction in the trades sector is a solvable problem with the right AI infrastructure.

His first venture, Una Brands, scaled to $70M ARR and raised $100M in funding, demonstrating his ability to build and grow high-performance businesses at scale.

Elyos AI has raised $16M in total funding including a $13M Series A led by Blackbird Ventures, serves hundreds of customers, and processes thousands of daily calls across the UK trades sector.
