
Adrian Kosowski is Co-Founder and Chief Science Officer at Pathway Technology Inc., a live AI company building post-transformer architectures that enable enterprise AI to think and learn in real time.
A theoretical computer scientist, quantum physicist, and mathematician, Adrian earned his PhD at just 20 years old, became a tenured researcher at Inria at 23, and served as an Associate Professor at Ecole Polytechnique before co-founding Pathway in 2020.
Adrian has authored over 100 scientific papers spanning graph algorithms, distributed systems, quantum information, and AI, holds an h-index of 29, and was an early pioneer of navigable small-world networks.
He previously co-founded SPOJ.com, the first large-scale online community for competitive programming, and co-founded Sphere Engine, demonstrating a long track record of building impactful technical platforms.
At Pathway, Adrian invented the Dragon Hatchling (BDH) post-transformer architecture, a paradigm shift in AI reasoning deployed on NVIDIA AI and AWS, with enterprise clients including NATO, La Poste, and Formula 1.
