Akshat Mandloi is Co-Founder and CTO of Smallest.ai, a full-stack voice AI platform building real-time, human-like voice agents for enterprises across 30+ languages.

Akshat earned a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Guwahati (2015-2019) and went on to become a Senior Data Scientist at Robert Bosch, where he first collaborated with co-founder Sudarshan Kamath.

Akshat leads all research and engineering behind Smallest.ai's proprietary voice models, including Lightning (TTS), Pulse (STT), and Hydra (S2S), pioneering ultra-low latency architectures that challenge resource-intensive AI norms.

Prior to Smallest.ai, Akshat built hands-on expertise across Bosch, Adarin Engineering Technologies, and edgetensor, developing a deep foundation in applied AI and edge computing.

Smallest.ai has raised over $21M in total funding, counts RingCentral and Truecaller among its customers, and was named among Inc42's 30 Startups to Watch for 2025, with its models ranking among the top choices for enterprises on Artificial Analysis.
