Albert Podraza is Co-Founder and CTO at Tequipy, a Polish-British B2B platform automating the full lifecycle of employee IT devices across 180+ countries.

Albert studied at AGH University of Science and Technology and built deep engineering expertise at IBM, Sabre Corporation, GE Healthcare, Revolut, and Deblock before co-founding Tequipy in 2022.

As a former Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead at Revolut, Albert witnessed firsthand how global IT teams were buried in manual device logistics, inspiring him to engineer a platform that removes those bottlenecks at scale.

Albert leads all engineering at Tequipy, architecting a decentralized system that coordinates hundreds of local partners to source, configure, deliver, and retrieve devices in the employee's country of employment.

Tequipy has grown 7x in the last year, serves 150+ fast-growing tech companies including Booksy and Connecteam, and recently closed a Seed round of over 3 million EUR led by Smedvig Ventures.
