Alessandro Ialongo is Co-Founder and CTO at Even Healthcare, a Bengaluru-based managed care company redefining how Indians access and afford healthcare through a subscription-based model.

Alessandro holds a PhD in Machine Learning from Cambridge University, a Master of Science in ML from UCL, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from UCL, bringing deep technical expertise to the healthtech space.

With prior experience at DeepMind, Secondmind, and the Gatsby Computational Neuroscience Unit, Alessandro applies cutting-edge ML research to solve real-world healthcare inefficiencies in India.

Alessandro co-founded Even Healthcare in 2020 alongside Mayank Banerjee and Matilde Giglio, architecting the technology platform behind India's first payvider model that integrates primary, secondary, and preventive care under one subscription.

Even Healthcare has raised over $80M in total funding from investors including Khosla Ventures, Founders Fund, and Alpha Wave Global, grown to 550+ employees, achieved a 95% customer retention rate, and expanded into direct hospital operations with a 70-bed multi-speciality facility in Bengaluru.
