Alex Wess is a Co-Founder and Founding Team Member at Aligned Marketplace, leading Operations and Business Development for a national advanced primary care marketplace connecting self-insured employers with top-tier primary care providers across the U.S.

Alex earned an MBA from The Wharton School and built deep healthcare expertise through roles at Aledade, Inc., where he progressed from Operations Fellow to Clinical Innovation Coordinator over five years.

Alex co-hosted The Pulse Podcast by Wharton Digital Health and served as a Flare Capital Scholar, demonstrating a strong commitment to healthcare innovation and investment.

Prior to Aligned Marketplace, Alex gained additional experience in new venture creation at Redesign Health and in health policy roles at the Alliance for Health Policy and Lockton Companies.

Aligned Marketplace has raised $11M in seed funding and built a network of over 3,000 clinics across all 50 states, serving Fortune 500 employers including 7-Eleven.
