Alice Liu is Group CEO and Co-Founder of dtcpay, a Singapore-based regulated digital payments company pioneering stablecoin and fiat payment infrastructure for businesses and individuals globally.

Alice spent over a decade in senior banking roles, serving as Managing Director of Corporate Banking at China Minsheng Banking Corp. (Hong Kong Branch) and Managing Director at Carnival Group International Holdings, before enrolling in the Executive MBA program at the National University of Singapore in 2019.

Inspired by the fragmented payments landscape, Alice envisioned a single platform unifying credit cards, mobile wallets, and cryptocurrencies, and was named FinTech Mentor of the Year at the Singapore FinTech Festival Excellence Awards 2025.

Alice holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Public Finance from Shandong University of Finance and Economics, and is a certified member of The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers.

Under Alice's leadership, dtcpay has secured a MAS Major Payment Institution licence, expanded into six regulated jurisdictions including the US, EU (Luxembourg EMI), Hong Kong, Australia, and Canada, and raised $10M in Series A funding led by Vertex Ventures SEA and India.
