Alistair spent 23 years at Microsoft, serving as Chief Change Officer for CEO Satya Nadella where he built multiple billion-dollar organizations and authored Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework. He also authored five best-selling books on Active Directory and technology, ran his own consulting company, and lectured at University of Leicester.
Alistair certified over 100,000 professionals in change management at Microsoft and received the President's Lifetime Achievement Award for service. He hosts The Agentic Insider podcast and serves as a board advisor and CEO coach on Responsible AI adoption and regulatory compliance.
At Microsoft, Alistair held direct accountability for driving Responsible AI initiatives and served as Managing Director and Global Head of Strategy across multiple divisions. He pioneered change management adoption throughout Microsoft and drove transformative change across the organization.
Through Iridius, Alistair is building AI solutions that embed regulatory compliance into enterprise workflows, recently securing investment from Accenture Ventures. Iridius raised 8.6 million in seed funding and is transforming how enterprises adopt AI in regulated sectors including life sciences and pharmaceuticals.
