Aman Raj is Co-Founder and CEO of Decawork (YC S26), the agent control plane for enterprise IT teams, enabling organizations to deploy, govern, and maintain internal AI agents at scale.

Aman studied at IIT Kharagpur, began his career at Barclays where he built an AI compliance platform used by internal teams globally, and previously founded a fintech startup that scaled to 52,000 families and $1.5M in reach.

Aman brings a rare blend of enterprise AI experience and entrepreneurial grit, having also led product at a consumer AI startup that reached 100K+ monthly active users and was recognized as a Google Play Best App in 2024.

At Decawork, Aman is tackling agent sprawl, the growing risk of uncontrolled AI tools accessing real company systems without oversight, by building a standardized control layer that gives IT teams full visibility, scoped credentials, and approval workflows.

Decawork, backed by Y Combinator's Summer 2026 batch, achieved a top-3 finish on its Product Hunt debut and is positioned at the forefront of enterprise AI governance, a rapidly expanding market as every major company races to deploy internal AI agents.
