Amos is Founder and Chief Scientific Officer at StimCardio Medical, a clinical-stage company developing non-invasive wearable neuromodulation for atrial fibrillation. He has more than 20 years of experience in integrative cardiovascular support.
Amos holds a B.Sc. in Biology and an M.Sc. in Integrative Medicine, with training in biostatistics and clinical trial design. He established and managed hospital-based research centers and private clinics, leading trials in cardiovascular prevention and acute care.
While researching alternative arrhythmia therapies, Amos found preclinical data pointing to the median nerve as a therapeutic target. He saw a way to indirectly stimulate the vagus nerve through the wrist, and he also lectures at leading Israeli academic institutions.
Amos founded the company in 2015 as CardiaCare in Israel and later partnered with co-founder and CTO Tsahi Holand to build the first wearable neurostimulation device. The company, now StimCardio, recently closed an oversubscribed $30M Series A led by Metis Medtech.
StimCardio's randomized, sham-controlled NeuroPulse pilot study was presented as a late-breaking trial at HRX Live 2026 and published in Heart Rhythm. The funding will support the NeuroPulse 2 pivotal study and a planned FDA De Novo submission.
