Andrei Manolache is Co-Founder and CEO of DesignVerse, a Bucharest-based Enterprise AI platform that generates complex software using each organization's own architecture, standards, and business rules rather than generic AI models.

Andrei dropped out of law school at 18 to pursue product design, co-founded an early startup that exited to a British company, and rose to Principal Product Design Lead at Oracle, where he led the award-winning Redwood design system.

Andrei identified the core enterprise problem firsthand at Oracle: a major disconnect between design and development that created costly inconsistencies and repetitive work across teams.

He previously helped shape digital products cumulatively valued at over $200M, and co-founded DesignVerse alongside software engineer Robert Dragutoiu to solve the enterprise AI context gap at scale.

DesignVerse raised $5.5M in Seed funding from Begin Capital, Gapminder VC, and angels from Adobe, UiPath, and LSEG, surpassed $1.1M ARR within five months, and counts EUROCONTROL among its enterprise clients, modernizing European air traffic systems up to 5x faster than traditional methods.
