Copla raised €6M in Series A funding led by Iron Wolf Capital in February 2026, following a €2.5M seed round. Within just over a year of its seed round, Copla reached seven-figure annual recurring revenue and now serves over 100 regulated European customers.
The platform automates compliance workflows for frameworks such as DORA, the EU AI Act, and NIS2, replacing static spreadsheets with continuous, audit-ready processes. Copla is expanding internationally beyond the EU to become the default compliance execution layer for regulated finance.
