Angelo Policicchio is Co-Founder and CEO of Luca IQ (YC S26), a modern tax engine and IRS-authorized e-filing platform built exclusively for CPA and professional tax firms.

Angelo studied Accounting and Finance at the University of Michigan, earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant who spent years working in local tax firms experiencing the pain of legacy software firsthand.

Angelo's career spans forensic accounting with the FBI, equity research at Credit Suisse, and public accounting at Big 4 firm EY, giving him a rare combination of regulatory, financial, and operational expertise.

At Luca IQ, Angelo co-founded the company alongside CTO Akash Sadashivapeth after interviewing over 300 firm owners in summer 2025, and led the company to achieve IRS Assurance Testing approval as a Software Developer, Transmitter, and Intermediate Service Provider.
