Ankit Agarwal is the Co-Founder of Mesa School of Business, India's first startup-leadership focused business school, reimagining how the next generation of startup operators and founders are trained.

Ankit holds a B.Tech and M.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and built deep operational expertise as Senior Vice President at UrbanCompany and as a consultant at BCG.

Ankit identified a critical talent gap in India's startup ecosystem, where nearly 80% of startup roles are non-technical yet no institution was purpose-built to develop those leaders.

He co-founded Mesa in 2023 alongside Varun Limaye, securing backing from Elevation Capital at seed stage and recently closing a Series A round of $14.9M led by Dharana Capital and Elevation Capital.
