Anshul Ahluwalia is Co-Founder and CEO of Surtr Defense Systems, a YC P26-backed defense technology company building ParallaxOS, the open operating system for counter-UAS operations.

Anshul holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, where he conducted graduate research at SAIL and Hays Lab, and later built expertise across Meta, Dropbox, and Skylark Labs.

Prior to founding Surtr, Anshul served as a forward-deployed engineer and robotics engineer at Shield AI, where he worked on planning, controls, and autonomous quadcopter teaming using ROS and C++.

Surtr Defense Systems is part of Y Combinator's P26 batch and delivers a hardware-agnostic C2, data fusion, and AI decision platform for live warfighter operations, supporting NATO SAPIENT, Link 16, Cursor on Target, and ATAK protocols.

Surtr's ParallaxOS fuses sensor data from any radar, RF detector, camera, or acoustic array into a unified operational picture with AI-driven threat classification, enabling integrations in days rather than months.
