Anthony Manganiello is Co-Founder and Principal at Striveworks, a leading AIOps and MLOps platform company helping organizations rapidly build, deploy, and maintain AI models for government and commercial domains.

Anthony is a West Point graduate who holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics from MIT and an MBA in Finance from Long Island University, and served 20+ years as a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army.

Anthony served on the Army Science Board, contributing to studies on AI/ML, Automation, and Future Concepts in Battlefield Technologies, and co-founded Rowan Technology Solutions with fellow West Point graduates.

Prior to Striveworks, Anthony served as Chief Administrative Officer at Virtu Financial, held senior roles at Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers, and taught as an Adjunct Professor at DeSales University.

Striveworks has raised over $51M in funding, grown to nearly 80 employees, earned recognition as a Deloitte Fast 500 firm, and serves Fortune 500 companies and national security clients with its Chariot MLOps platform.
