Apurv Agrawal is Co-Founder of Avni Wellness, a Mumbai-based femtech brand building a science-backed, holistic women's wellness platform that addresses every stage of a woman's life from menarche to menopause.

Apurv holds a Bachelor's in Pharmacy and an MBA in Pharmaceuticals Marketing from NMIMS, and brings over 16 years of experience in the healthcare and pharma industry, having worked with companies including Borosil Limited, Vinayak Ingredients, and ACG Worldwide.

Apurv co-founded Avni with his wife and co-founder Sujata Pawar, driven by a shared belief that women deserved safer, cleaner, and more performance-driven wellness products. He champions a philosophy of building through strong execution, ground-level involvement, and team alignment.

Avni Wellness has raised seed funding including a Rs 4 crore round led by Proteus Partners, backed by notable investors including Dr. A. Velumani (founder of Thyrocare) and operator-investors from True Elements. Apurv also serves as an angel investor and board member of one company.

Avni Wellness operates a D2C-first model with 75% of revenue from digital channels, offers India's first patented antimicrobial reusable sanitary pad, and is building a network of 10,000 women microentrepreneurs across India to drive both health impact and economic empowerment.
