Arik Gaisler is Co-Founder and CTO at Benji, the universal API for loyalty partnerships that enables brands across travel, hospitality, retail, and fintech to connect their loyalty programs through a single integration.

Born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel, Arik earned a BSc in Software Engineering from Tel Aviv University in 2009, before relocating to New York and rising to VP of Technology at Kaltura, a multi-billion-dollar media technology company.

A hands-on, product-oriented technology leader with over 15 years of experience, Arik brings deep expertise in scalable architecture, software design, and building high-performing engineering teams from the ground up.

Prior to Benji, Arik served as CTO at Nayya, a leading benefits experience platform, and co-founded 2ndKitchen alongside his Benji co-founders, a food-tech platform acquired by REEF Technology in 2021.

Benji raised $6.25M in seed funding and its network, which includes JetBlue and other leading brands, already spans more than 50 million active loyalty members combined.
