Artjem Weissbeck is Co-Founder at MicroAGI, a Munich-based physical AI and robotics deployment company on a mission to accelerate embodied AGI and transform industrial manufacturing across Europe and beyond.
Artjem studied law at Heidelberg and Munster University, then co-founded Kapten and Son in 2014 from a German dorm with just 5,000 euros, scaling it to close to 100 million euros in revenue as one of Europe's biggest D2C brands.
A Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe alumnus (Retail and E-commerce, 2018), Artjem brings a rare combination of consumer brand building, SaaS scaling, and deep conviction in frontier technology to the robotics era.
Before MicroAGI, Artjem co-founded charles in 2018, a pioneering WhatsApp conversational commerce SaaS platform that raised around 30 million dollars from Accel, HV Capital, and Salesforce Ventures and served hundreds of European brands.
MicroAGI raised 55 million dollars in Germany's largest-ever seed round in 2025, growing from 5 people in a Munich HackerPenthouse to operating across 15 countries with a global research HQ in Zurich within just 10 months of founding.
